Getting started

How do I create my page?

Sign up, confirm your email, choose a username during onboarding, then add links and customize your page from the dashboard.

I didn't receive my confirmation email

Check spam and promotions folders and wait a few minutes. Make sure you signed up with the correct email address.

Publishing

Why isn't my page live?

Free pages publish automatically after you choose a username. Open your public URL from the dashboard. If you just signed up, wait a few seconds and refresh.

What's included on the free plan?

A public page with the basic grid template, custom colors, folder icons, and up to 6 links. Drag-and-drop placement, canvas text blocks, and photo backgrounds are Pro.

I paid but I still can't drag elements

Open Dashboard → Billing and tap Retry activation, then refresh the page. Pro usually activates within a few seconds after checkout.

Billing

How much does ArtBio cost?

The Free plan is $0 and publishes your grid page. Pro is $3 USD per month for drag-and-drop, text blocks, and photo backgrounds. Pro bills automatically until you cancel.

How do I cancel or pause?

Go to Dashboard → Billing. Pause or cancel stops Pro billing. Your public page stays live on the Free grid template.

How do I update my payment method?

Dashboard → Billing → Update payment method. You'll be redirected to Lemon Squeezy.

Customize

Where do I edit my greeting?

Dashboard → Customize. Edit your display name and custom greeting at the top — the preview updates as you type.

How many links can I add?

Virtual Desktop supports up to 6 folder links. Add or edit them under Dashboard → Links.

How do bold or italic words work?

The first word on line 1 is bold italic automatically. On any line, wrap words in *asterisks* to emphasize them.

Username & account

Can I change my username?

Yes, in Settings → Username, once every 30 days. Your old URL redirects to the new one for 30 days, then becomes available again.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, tap Forgot password and follow the email link.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account. Type delete account to confirm. This cancels your subscription and removes your data.
