This Privacy Policy describes how ArtBio("ArtBio," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our link-in-bio service at https://artbio.space (the "Service").

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, authentication credentials (via our auth provider), and the username you choose for your public page URL.

Profile and page content

You may provide a display name, greeting text, link titles and URLs, theme preferences, colors, and an optional background photo for your public page. This content is stored so we can display your page to visitors.

Payment information

If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe provides us with subscription status, customer identifiers, and billing-related metadata needed to keep your account active.

Technical data

We automatically collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and personalize your ArtBio page
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Process subscriptions and prevent fraud

• Service providers that help us run ArtBio (hosting, database, authentication, payments, and file storage), only as needed to provide the Service
• Public visitors — information you choose to publish on your public page (username, links, greeting, theme, background image) is visible to anyone with your URL

4. Data storage and retention

Your account data and page content are stored using Supabase (database and file storage). Background images are stored in our cloud storage bucket associated with your user account. We retain your information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless deletion is required sooner by law or at your request.

5. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Update profile and page content from your dashboard
• Manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe's customer portal
• Request account deletion by contacting us at team@artbio.space

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise those rights.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

ArtBio is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

ArtBio may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
