Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ArtBio, a link-in-bio platform operated at https://artbio.space. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ArtBio lets you create a customizable public page with links you choose to share. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at team@artbio.space if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Usernames and public pages

Your username becomes part of your public URL. You may not impersonate others, use offensive or misleading names, or infringe trademarks. We may reclaim or disable usernames that violate these Terms or create confusion.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (links, text, images). You grant ArtBio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your public page content solely to operate the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Promotes violence, hate, or exploitation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

6. Subscription and billing

ArtBio is offered as a paid subscription (currently $3 USD per month). When billing is enabled, payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

During pre-launch or when payments are not yet configured, we may provide temporary access at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Attempt to bypass security or access other users' accounts
• Use ArtBio for unlawful purposes or to distribute malicious content
• Misrepresent your affiliation with ArtBio or other brands

8. Third-party links and services

Your page may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Stripe, Supabase, and other providers have their own terms governing their services.

9. Intellectual property

ArtBio's name, logo, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTBIO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

12. Termination

You may stop using ArtBio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay when required, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that should survive termination (content licenses granted to us for operational logs, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ArtBio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
